麻精药品空安瓿和废贴回收信息化登记工具开发及应用

摘　　要：目的提高麻醉药品和精神药品(简称麻精药品)空安瓿和废贴回收管理的质量和效率。方法基于Excel软件和ExcelVBA编程构建登记工具(含登记界面及完整的架构和流程)并在医院药房试用,对医院10个需要回收空安瓿或废贴的麻精药品进行模拟回收登记,分别记录采用手工和工具登记单个药品所用时间,并统计总时间。汇总当月登记内容,分别统计采用手工和工具登记所用时间。调查住院药房10名具有麻精药品发放权限的员工对采用工具登记的满意度。结果该登记工具集成了登记操作、数据储存、报表生成、权限管理、参数维护及数据备份等功能,具有便捷性、安全性、规范化等优势,并在管理流程上实现了临床和药房之间空安瓿/废贴的管理闭环,以及药房空安瓿/废贴登记-统计-回收储存同步闭环。在相同模拟工作量下,工具登记耗时(14.36±0.58)s,明显短于手工登记的(43.31±3.73)s(P<0.01)。月汇总时间由手工登记的近1 h缩短至工具登记的约1 s。调查对象对登记工具均“非常满意”。结论该登记工具以简易的方案,为麻精药品空安瓿及废贴回收登记的规范化、高效及信息化管理提供了一种便捷化思路。Objective To improve the quality and efficiency of the recovery and management of empty ampoules and post-use patches of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs.Methods A recording tool with registration interface,complete architecture and workflow was developed using Excel software and Excel VBA programming,and subsquently applied in a hospital pharmacy for trial usage.The information of ten narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs that need to be recovered with empty ampoules or post-use patches in the hospital were simulated for recovery recording.The time of manual recording and tool recording for individual drug was obtained respectively,and the total time was calculated.The recording content of the current month was summarized,and the time of manual recording and tool recording was obtained respectively.Ten employees in the inpatient pharmacy who had the authority to dispense narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs were surveyed to obtain the satisfaction level with tool recording.Results This tool had the functions of recording,data saving,report-form generation,authority management,parameter maintenance and data backup,and had the advantages of convenience,safety and standardization.In terms of management chain,this recording tool realized a closed-loop management of empty ampoules/post-use patches between the clinic and pharmacy,as well as a synchronous closed-loop management of empty ampoule/post-use patch recording-statistics-recovery and storage in the pharmacy.With the same simulated workload,the time of tool recording was(14.36±0.58)s,which was significantly shorter than(43.31±3.73)s of manual recording(P<0.01).The time required to summarize the recording content of the current month shortened from nearly 1 h of manual recording to about 1 s of tool recording.The respondents were″very satisfied″with the recording tool.Conclusion This recording tool provides a convenient approach for the standardized,efficient and informationized management of the recovery recording of empty ampoules and post-use patc
