妇科千金片/胶囊联合抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎安全性及疗效性的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统性分析妇科千金片/胶囊联合抗生素治疗子宫内膜炎的安全性及疗效性。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、PubMed中妇科千金片/胶囊治疗子宫内膜炎的临床随机对照实验,检索时间由建库至2022年10月15日,利用NoteExpress 3.2.0文献管理软件建立数据库,应用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果共纳入19篇文献,共2072例患者,其中实验组1037例,对照组1035例;Meta分析结果显示,妇科千金胶囊/片较常规抗生素治疗可增加有效率[RR=5.3,95%CI(3.87,7.27),Z=10.37,P<0.00001],增加月经恢复情况[RR=1.36,95%CI(1.28,1.45),Z=9.53,P<0.00001],增加月经量恢复情况[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.21,1.43),Z=6.51,P<0.00001],增加治疗后子宫内膜厚度[MD=1.26,95%CI(1.16,1.36),Z=25.34,P<0.00001],减少治疗期间阴道不规则出血情况[MD=1.26,95%CI(1.16,1.36),Z=25.34,P<0.00001],减少不良事件发生[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.12,0.57),Z=3.34,P=0.0008],降低显炎症图像发生[RR=0.17,95%CI(0.08,0.37),Z=4.44,P<0.00001]。结论联合妇科千金胶囊/片治疗子宫内膜炎安全性好,临床效果显著。Objective To systematically analyze the safety and efficacy of Fuke Qianjin tablets/capsules combined with antibiotics in the treatment of endometritis.Methods Computer retrieval of CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed's clinical randomized controlled trial of gynaecological Qianjin tablets/capsules in the treatment of endometritis.The retrieval time was from the establishment of the database to October 15,2022.The database was established using NoteExpress 3.2.0,and was analyzed using RevMan 5.3.Results A total of 19 literatures were included,with a total of 2072 patients,including 1037 cases in the experimental group and 1035 cases in the control group.The results of meta-analysis showed that compared with conventional antibiotic treatment,Fufuqianjin capsule/tablet could increase the effective rate[RR-5.3,95%CI(3.87,7.27),Z-10.37,P<0.00001],and increase the menstrual recovery[RR-1.36,95%CI(1.28,1.45),Z-9.53,P<0.00001],increased menstrual volume recovery[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.21,1.43),Z-6.51,P<0.00001],increased endometrial thickness after treatment[MD-1.26,95%CI(1.16,1.36),Z-25.34,P<0.00001],Reduced rregular vaginal bleeding during treatment[MD=1.26,95%CI(1.16,1.36),Z-25.34,P<0.00001],and reduced adverse events[RR=0.26,95%CI(0.12,0.57),Z-3.34,P-0.0008].Decreased the incidence of inflammatory images[RR=0.17,95%CI(0.08,0.37),Z=4.44,P<0.00001].Conclusion The combination of Fuke Qianjin capsule/tablet is safe and effective in the treatment of endometritis.
