头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗盆腔炎的临床药学分析

摘　　要：目的探究在盆腔炎治疗中运用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑的临床效果。方法选取80例盆腔炎患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组运用奥硝唑治疗,研究组运用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后免疫学指标[血清白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]、血液流变学指标(血浆黏度、红细胞积压)及临床效果。结果治疗前,两组患者IL-1、CRP、血浆黏度、红细胞积压指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组患者IL-1(20.77±5.12)pg/ml、CRP(11.12±3.84)mg/L、血浆黏度(1.11±0.21)mPa ·S、红细胞积压指标(0.35±0.03),对照组患者IL-1(34.23±4.83)pg/ml、CRP(16.26±3.56)mg/L、血浆黏度(1.58±0.31)mPaS、红细胞积压指标(0.41±0.08),研究组患者IL-1、CRP、血浆黏度、红细胞积压指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在盆腔炎患者治疗过程中,运用头孢地尼联合奥硝唑能够有效缓解患者的临床症状,同时改善患者的免疫学指标、血液流变学指标,提高整体治疗效果,促进患者尽快康复。Objective To explore the clinical effect of cefdinil combined with ornidazole in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods Eighty patients with pelvic inflammatory disease were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ornidazole,and the study group was treated with cefdinir combined with ornidazole.The immunological indexes[serum interleukin-1(IL-1),C-reactive protein(CRP)],hemorheological indexes(plasma viscosity,red blood cell backlog)and clinical effects of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IL-1,CRP,plasma viscosity and red blood cell backlog between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,IL-1(20.77±5.12)pg/ml,CRP(11.12±3.84)mg/L,plasma viscosity(1.11±0.21)mPa·s,red blood cell backlog index(0.35±0.03),IL-1(34.23±4.83)pg/ml,CRP(16.26±3.56)mg/L,plasma viscosity(1.58±0.31)mPa·s,and red blood cell backlog index(0.41±0.08)in control group were lower than those in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with pelvic inflammatory disease,cefdinil combined with ornidazole can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the immunological indexes and hemorheological indexes of patients,improve the overall treatment effect,and promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible.
