温经汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的临床效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨温经汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经的价值。方法选取92例寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经患者,根据治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,每组46例。对照组应用布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗,研究组应用温经汤加减治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分、治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前,两组神疲乏力、腰骶酸痛、畏寒肢冷、经血黯淡、乳房胀痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组神疲乏力、腰骶酸痛、畏寒肢冷、经血黯淡、乳房胀痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率93.48%高于对照组的78.26%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温经汤加减治疗寒凝血瘀型原发性痛经,能更好缓解各种症状,提高治疗效果,安全性高,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the value of Wenjing decoction in treating primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.Methods 92 patients with primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the study group was treated with Wenjing decoction.TCM syndrome score,therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of fatigue,lumbosacral pain,cold limbs,dim menstrual blood and breast tenderness between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of fatigue,lumbosacral pain,cold limbs,dim menstrual blood and breast tenderness in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 93.48% higher than that of the control group(78.26%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group,and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis,Wenjing decoction can better relieve various symptoms,improve the therapeutic effect,and is safe and worthy of clinical promotion.
