血常规及贫血三项联合检测在预防妊娠合并贫血中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血常规及贫血三项联合检测在预防妊娠合并贫血中的临床价值。方法选取31例妊娠合并贫血患者作为观察组;另选取同期接受产前检查的健康孕妇31例为对照组。两组均接受血常规及贫血三项检测。比较两组检测结果。结果联合贫血三项检测符合30例,符合率为96.77%,血常规检测符合23例,符合率为74.19%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的叶酸、铁蛋白(Fer)、维生素B_(12)指标低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的血红蛋白(HGB)、红细胞体积(MCV)指标分别为(74.41±10.25)g/L、(76.58±4.47)fl,均低于对照组的(141.36±11.97)g/L、(86.28±4.89)fl,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血常规及贫血三项联合检测有利于妊娠合并贫血的诊断、鉴别,基于血常规及贫血三项联合检测的结果,临床可以制定系统的预防方案或实施相应干预。Objective To explore the clinical value of blood routine and anemia combined detection in preventing anemia during pregnancy.Methods 31 pregnant patients with anemia were selected as the observation group.Another 31 healthy pregnant women who received prenatal examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Blood routine and anemia tests were performed in both groups.The results of the two groups were compared.Results There were 30 patients with anemia combined with three tests,the coincidence rate was 96.77%,and 23 patients with blood routine test,the coincidence rate was 74.19%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Folate,ferritin(Fer)and vitamin Br2 indexes in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The indexes of hemoglobin(HGB)and red blood cell volume(MCV)in the observation group were(74.41±10.25)g/L and(76.58±4.47)fl,respectively,which were lower than(141.36±11.97)g/L and(86.28±4.89)fl in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood routine and anemia combined detection is conducive to the diagnosis and differentiation of anemia in pregnancy.Based on the results of blood routine and anemia combined detection,clinical can develop a systematic prevention program or implement corresponding intervention.
