耳穴压豆联合中医情志护理干预在妇科围术期中的干预价值

摘　　要：目的探索妇科围术期开展耳穴压豆联合中医情志护理干预对患者产生的影响。方法选取80例妇科围术期患者,以随机信封法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组开展常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预的基础上开展耳穴压豆联合中医情志护理干预。观察比较两组患者的术后各项围术期指标、生活质量状态评分、术后疼痛情况及睡眠质量。结果观察组患者的肛门排气时间、开始下床活动时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者护理后的认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能各维度评分均高于护理前,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分均低于护理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理后的认知功能、躯体功能、社会功能、情绪功能各维度评分均高于对照组,且VAS评分(3.22±0.36)分及PSQI评分(5.11±0.26)分均低于对照组的(5.60±0.35)分、(9.62±0.24)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科围术期开展耳穴压豆联合中医情志护理干预的效果显著,可有效改善患者生活质量,降低其疼痛感,强化患者心理状态,促使其及早康复,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To explore the effects of auricular points plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on the symptoms of gynecology during perioperative period.Methods 80 gynecological perioperative patients were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention.The observation group carried out auricular points plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention.The perioperative indicators,quality of life status scores,postoperative pain,and sleep quality of the two groups of patients were observed.Results The time of anal exhaust,the time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in observation group were shorter than those in control group,and the diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function,physical function,social function and emotional function after nursing were higher than before nursing,and the scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were lower than before nursing,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of cognitive function,physical function,social function and emotional function after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the scores of VAS(3.22±0.36)points and PSQI(5.11±0.26)points were lower than those in the control group(5.60±0.35)points and(9.62±0.24)points.The diferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During perioperative period of gynecology,auricular points plaster therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention has significant effect,which can effectively improve patients'quality of life,reduce patients'pain,strengthen patients'psychological state,and promote their early recovery.It has high promotion value.
