延续护理对中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析延续护理对中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜术后生活质量的影响。方法选取68例中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位症患者,均实施腹腔镜手术,将患者根据随机数表分组法分为观察组与对照组,各34例。观察组实施延续护理,对照组实施常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组护理满意度(100%)明显高于对照组(79.41%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者情感职能、生理职能、社会功能、生理功能、精神健康、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理在中重度卵巢子宫内膜异位症护理中发挥了显著优势,可以提升患者生活质量,最大限度的满足患者护理需求,具有较高的推广价值。Objective To analyze the effect of extended nursing on quality of life after laparoscopic surgery for moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis.Methods 68 patients with moderate to severe ovarian endometriosis were selected,all of whom underwent laparoscopic surgery.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,with 34 cases in each group.The observation group received continuous nursing,and the control group received routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group(100%)was significantly higher than that of control group(79.41%)(P<0.05).The emotional function,physiological function,social function,physiological function,mental health,vitality,physical pain and overall health scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the dfferences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended nursing has played a significant advantage in the nursing of moderate and severe ovarian endometriosis,which can improve the quality of life of patients and meet the nursing needs of patients to the maximum extent,and has a high promotion value.
