腹腔镜下全子宫+双附件切除术的护理配合对策探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下全子宫+双附件切除术的护理配合措施和护理价值。方法选取70例接受腹腔镜下全子宫+双附件切除术的患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组35例。对照组患者应用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上应用围术期护理。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术时间、住院时间及术后首次排气时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率2.86%低于对照组的20.00%(P<0.05)。护理前,两组患者的焦虑评分、抑郁评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组比较,观察组焦虑评分、抑郁评分均更低(P<0.05)。结论对接受腹腔镜下全子宫+双附件切除术的患者实施常规护理基础上联合围术期护理方法的护理价值高。Objective To explore the nursing cooperation measures and nursing value of laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus double adnexal resection.Methods 70 patients who underwent laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus double adnexal resection were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,observation group was treated with perioperative nursing based on routine nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the operation time,hospital stay and first postoperative exhaust time were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 2.86% lower than that in the control group(20.00%)(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no significant difference in anxiety score and depression score between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,compared with the control group,the anxiety scores and depression scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined perioperative nursing method based on routine nursing is of high nursing value for patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy plus double adnexal resection.
