血脂康治疗高血压合并高脂血症疗效的系统评价

摘　　要：目的:系统评价血脂康治疗高血压合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、the Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、万方、维普(VIP)数据库,按设定的纳入标准、排除标准筛选随机对照试验(RCT),检索时限为建库至2020年9月。同时进行文献质量评价、数据提取。采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入27项研究,涉及2 427例病人。Meta分析结果显示,与对照组比较,试验组收缩压[WMD=-7.42,95%CI(-10.91,-3.93),P<0.000 1]、舒张压[WMD=-5.55,95%CI(-8.85,-2.24),P=0.001]、24 h动态收缩压[WMD=-6.03,95%CI(-7.38,-4.68),P<0.000 01]及三酰甘油[WMD=-0.40,95%CI(-0.49,-0.32),P<0.000 01]、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[WMD=-0.50,95%CI(-0.73,-0.28),P<0.000 1]降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇[WMD=0.19,95%CI(0.09,0.29),P=0.000 2]升高。结论:现有证据表明,血脂康治疗高血压合并高脂血症可协同降压,且有效调节血脂,有利于防治心血管事件。Objective:To systematically evaluate of the clinical efficacy of Xuezhikang in the treatment of hypertension complicated with hyperlipidemia.Methods:PubMed,EMbase,the Cochrane Library,Web of Science,China Knowledge(CNKI),WanFang,and VIP database were searched,and randomized controlled trials(RCTs) were screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria from the database establishment to September 2020.Literature quality evaluation and data extraction were performed.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results:A total of 27 literatures were included,including 2 427 patients.The results of Meta-analysis showed that compared with the control group,systolic blood pressure(WMD=-7.42,95%CI-10.91--3.93,P0.000 1),diastolic blood pressure(WMD=-5.55,95%CI-8.85--2.24,P=0.001),24 h dynamic systolic blood pressure(WMD=-6.03,95%CI-7.38--4.68,P0.000 01),triacylglycerol(WMD=-0.40,95%CI-0.49--0.32,P0.000 01),and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(WMD=-0.50,95%CI-0.73--0.28,P0.000 1) in the experimental group decreased,high density lipoprotein cholesterol(WMD=0.19,95%CI 0.09-0.29,P=0.000 2) increased.Conclusion:The current evidence showed that Xuezhikang could synergistically lower blood pressure and effectively regulate blood lipids,which was conducive to the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular events.
