闪罐疗法在带状疱疹痛觉异常中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨闪罐法在带状疱疹痛觉异常中的应用效果。方法带状疱疹患者20例,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规药物针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用闪罐治疗,1次/2d,治疗3次,比较两组治疗效果。结果对照组显愈率30%,总有效率60%,观察组显愈率70%,总有效率100%。治疗结束,两组VAS评分均降低(P<0.05)。观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闪罐治疗带状疱疹痛觉异常效果明显,操作简便安全,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical effect of flash cupping method in the treatment of abnormal pain sensation in herpes zoster.Methods 20 patients were divided into the control group and the flash cupping group,both groups were given electroacupuncture and Pregabalin,the control group was cupped and held for 5 minutes,and the flashing cupping group was received flash cupping.The treatments were given by once every other day for 3times,and the effectiveness was evaluated after 3 treatments.Results The control group had a cure rate of 30%and a total effective rate of 60%,while the flash cupping group had a cure rate of 70%and a total effective rate of 100%.After the treatments,the VAS scores of both groups decreased,and there was a statistically significant difference compared to the pre-treatment baseline in the same group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the flash cupping group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Flash cupping has a significant effect on treating abnormal pain sensation in herpes zoster,and the operation is simple and safe,which is worth promoting.
