Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary cooperation combined with 4R crisis management model in spinal orthopedic patients. Methods From January 2019 to January 2022,60 patients with spinal correction were analyzed retrospectively, the patients were divided into two groups according to different intervention methods:the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30).The incisional infection, nursing adverse events, anesthesia adverse events, postural positioning time during operation, the chief surgeon's satisfaction to the preparation of operation and the patients'satisfaction to the whole nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The time of incision infection, nursing adverse events, anesthesia adverse events and postural position during operation in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the chief surgeon to the operation preparation and the patients to the whole nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary cooperation and 4R crisis management model in spinal orthopedic patients can improve the safety and prevention awareness of nurses, reduce the incidence of adverse events, and enhance the trust between doctors and patients.
