艾滋病合并全身重症剥脱性皮炎的护理

摘　　要：目的分析艾滋病合并全身重症剥脱性皮炎患者的治疗方法、综合护理措施及效果。方法回顾性分析2018年10月至2021年5月收治的6例艾滋合并全身重症剥脱性皮炎患者的临床资料及护理要点,包括:皮肤、黏膜、导管、药物护理。结果经过积极对症治疗和综合护理,4例康复出院;1例肺部感染严重,因经济困难,自动出院;1例因多脏器功能衰竭死亡。结论采取皮肤黏膜的重点护理,以及导管、营养等方面的精细化护理,能有效预防感染,减少并发症的发生,改善患者的预后,提高患者治疗成功率。Objective To summarize the clinical treatment methods,comprehensive nursing measures and effects of AIDS patients with systemic severe exfoliative dermatitis.Methods Clinical data and nursing points of 6 patients with AIDS complicated with systemic severe exfoliative dermatitis admitted from October 2018 to May 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and combed,including skin,mucosa,catheter and drug nursing.Results 4 cases recovered and were discharged from hospital after active symptomatic treatment and comprehensive nursing.One patient with severe pulmonary infection was discharged automatically due to financial difficulties.One case died of MODS.Conclusion The key nursing of skin and mucosa,as well as the fine nursing of catheter and nutrition can effectively prevent infection,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the prognosis of patients and improve the success rate of treatment.
