摘 要:目的构建基于胃癌患者个人意愿与体验的饮食护理思维导图,并应用于临床实践中。方法选取丽水市中心医院收治的胃癌手术患者160例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各80例,对照组采取常规饮食护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用基于胃癌患者个人意愿与体验的饮食护理思维导图进行饮食护理,比较两组干预结局。结果干预后,观察组患者饮食管理依从性评分明显高于对照组,饮食相关症状评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者主观整体营养评估量表(PG-SGA)评分明显低于对照组,机体血清总蛋白以及白蛋白水平明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用基于患者个人意愿与体验的饮食护理思维导图对胃癌患者进行饮食护理,能够提高患者饮食管理依从性,改善饮食相关不良症状以及营养状态,值得推荐。Objective To construct a dietary nursing mind map based on the personal wishes and experiences of gastric cancer patients,and to apply it in clinical practice.Methods 160 gastric cancer surgery patients admitted to Lishui Central Hospital were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group with 80 cases each using a random number table method,the control group received routine dietary care.On the basis of the control group,the observation group used a dietary care mind map based on the personal wishes and experiences of gastric cancer patients for dietary care.the outcomes of two intervention groups were compared.Results After the intervention,the dietary management compliance score of the observation group patients was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the dietary related symptom score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the subjective overall nutritional assessment scale(PG-SGA)score of the observation group patients was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the serum total protein and albumin levels were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adopting a dietary care mind map based on patients'personal wishes and experiences for gastric cancer patients can improve their compliance with dietary management,improve dietary related adverse symptoms,and nutritional status,and is worth recommending.
