摘 要:某型动车组用充电机将辅助变流器AC 380 V交流电转换为DC 110 V直流电,主要为列车固定直流负载及碱性蓄电池供电,是列车安全、可靠运行的重要保障。整车顶层技术指标要求列车可在切除及恢复1台充电机的运营过程中实现列车直流供电的平稳过渡,保持直流负载正常运行。文章通过阐述某型动车组整列直流供电系统架构及负载配置,分析了充电机输出电气原理及碱性蓄电池温度补偿曲线、充放电转换策略;并对充电机输出供电特性进行论证,深入研究了某型动车组切除及恢复1台充电机过程中,充电机供电输出的变化机理,并进行相应实车数据测试,论证碱性蓄电池浮充工况及恒压充工况下,充电机切换及恢复过程中列车充电机动作特性;通过搭建充电机等效工作模型,佐证了充电机输出的特性差异。研究表明,在运用过程中存在充电机输出电流不一致情况为正常现象,且充电机本身具有限功率输出的功能,不会对充电机的使用、寿命等产生影响。As an important guarantee for safe,reliable operation of the train,the charger for a certain model of EMU converts AC 380 V power of the auxiliary converter to DC 110 V power,mainly providing power for the fixed DC load and alkaline battery of the train.The top-level technical index of the whole train requires that the train can realize the smooth transition of DC power supply during the operation process of removing and restoring one charger,and maintain the normal operation of DC load.The paper elaborates the architecture and load configuration of the DC power supply system for a certain model of EMU,analyzes the electrical principle of charger output,alkaline battery temperature compensation curve and charging/discharging conversion strategy;and demonstrates the power supply characteristics of charger output,conducts in depth research on the change mechanism of charger power supply output in the process of removing and restoring one charger of a certain type of EMU,and carries out corresponding physical car data testing to demonstrate the action characteristics of the train charger during the removing and restoring process of the charger under alkaline battery float charging conditions and constant voltage charging conditions.By building the equivalent working model of the charger,the difference in the characteristics of the charger output is confirmed.The research shows it is normal for the charger to have inconsistent output current during operation,and the charger itself has the function of limiting power output,which will not affect the use,life cycle,etc.of the charger.
