摘  要:针对国产化闸瓦普遍存在裂纹、掉块、磨耗量大、制动噪声大、金属镶嵌、车轮踏面热损伤及严重波浪犁沟状磨耗等问题,而进口闸瓦存在采购价格高、周期长等问题,文章对地铁车辆用合成闸瓦国产化进行了研究,包括原材料选择及配比、制备工艺、物理及力学性能试验、1∶1台架制动试验及运用考核,并与进口闸瓦进行了比较。结果表明,研制的闸瓦制动过程运行平稳,磨耗量及噪声低,无贯穿裂纹、掉块、金属镶嵌,对车轮热损伤很小,无严重波浪犁沟状磨耗等问题,各项性能均达到或超过进口闸瓦,且使用成本优势明显,可满足替代进口闸瓦的要求。The domestically produced brake shoes generally have common disadvantages,such as cracks,falling blocks,large wear,braking noise,metal inlay,thermal damage to wheel treads and serious wave furrow wear,while the disadvantages of imported brake shoes are high purchase price and long waiting period.In view of the above problems,the paper studies the localization of composite brake shoe for subway vehicle,including the selection and proportioning of raw materials,preparation process,physical and mechanical properties test,1∶1 bench brake test and application assessment,and compares the localized and imported brake shoes for analysis.The results show that the braking process of the domestically developed brake shoes operate smoothly,with low wear and noise,no penetrating cracks,no falling blocks,no metal inlaying,minimal thermal damage to wheels or no serious wave furrow wear.All performance of the developed brake shoe reach or exceed those of the imported brake shoe with obvious advantages in use cost.Therefore,the domestically developed brake shoe can meet the requirements of replacing imported counterparts.
