摘　　要：农产品、海鲜等冷藏保鲜货物通常需要专门的冷藏运输,而既有的铁路机械冷藏车运输模式存在铁路站场与田间地头或冷库间的冷链“断链”问题,“海运冷藏集装箱+铁路集装箱平车”冷藏车模式具有对铁路发电车等外供电装备的依赖性,“陆运冷藏集装箱+铁路集装箱平车”冷藏车模式无法实现站场直接装卸作业,并且既有的铁路机械冷藏车和陆运冷藏集装箱无法达到高端海鲜-40℃的控温要求。针对目前冷藏运输存在的主要问题,文章对供电模式、装卸模式、制冷模式以及联运模式等技术进行研究,提出了满足采购合同要求的尼日利亚组合式铁路冷藏运输装备。该装备采用“海箱制冷机组+背包柴油发电机组”单元组合式自供电模块及对开式双侧开门等,可多式联运实现“门到门”无断链运输以及-40℃极低控温温度,既可以运输冷藏保鲜货物,拆解后又可作为平车使用,适用范围广。该装备自投入运用以来,性能稳定,运用情况良好。Refrigerated and preserved goods such as agricultural products and seafood usually require specialized refrigerated transportation.However,the existing railway mechanical refrigerated transportation mode has a problem of“cold chain breakage”between railway station and farmland or refrigeratory.The refrigerator vehicle model of“marine refrigerator container+railway container flat car”relies on external power supply equipment such as railway power generation vehicles,and the refrigerator vehicle model of“land refrigerator container+railway container flat car”can not achieve direct loading and unloading operations in the station.Besides,the existing railway mechanical refrigerator cars and land refrigerator containers cannot meet the temperature control requirements of-40℃for high-end seafood.In view of the main problems of current refrigerated transport,this paper proposes a new combined railway refrigerated transportation equipment exported to Nigeria after research on power supply mode,loading/unloading mode,refrigeration mode and multimodal transport mode.This equipment adopts the unit combined self power supply module of“marine refrigeration unit+backpack diesel generator unit”and the split type double side opening door,etc.,which can realize the“door to door”non broken chain transportation and the extremely low temperature control of-40℃through multimodal transportation.It can not only transport refrigerated and preserved goods,but also be used as a flat car after disassembly,with a wide range of applications.It is shown that this equipment has a stable performance and good application since it was put into operation.
