摘 要:目的 探讨有氧运动对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎(CAP)大鼠血清环氧化酶-2(COX-2)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)表达的影响。方法 SPF级SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照大鼠(正常组)、CAP模型对照大鼠(模型组)、有氧运动大鼠(运动组),每组10只大鼠。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法检测大鼠血清内COX-2、PGE2表达和白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平,比较各组大鼠前列腺组织内白细胞计数和卵磷脂小体计数,观察其病理学改变并进行病理评分。结果 与正常组比较,运动组和模型组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,运动组大鼠血清COX-2、PGE2表达降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,CAP大鼠血清内COX-2、PGE2表达与IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平呈正相关(P<0.01),COX-2与PGE2也呈正相关(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,运动组白细胞计数降低,卵磷脂小体计数上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 有氧运动对CAP大鼠炎症的缓解作用可能与降低细胞因子水平、抑制COX-2、PGE2表达有关。Objective To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the expression of serum cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) in rats with chronic abacterial prostatitis(CAP).Methods SPF grade SD male rats were randomly divided into normal control rats(normal group),CAP model control rats(model group) and aerobic exercise rats(exercise group),each group consisted of 10 rats.The expression of COX-2 and PGE2 and the levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in serum of rats were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.The leukocyte count and small particles of lecithin in prostate tissue of rats of all groups were compared,and the pathological changes were observed and the pathological score was performed.Results Compared with normal group,the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α in serum of rats in exercise group and model group were increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with model group,the expressions of COX-2 and PGE2 in serum of rats in exercise group were decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the expression of COX-2 and PGE2 in serum of CAP rats was positively correlated with the levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-α(P<0.01),and COX-2 and PGE2 were also positively correlated(P<0.01).Compared with model group,leukocyte count decreased and the amount of small particles of lecithin increased in exercise group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The alleviating effect of aerobic exercise on inflammation in CAP rats may be related to reducing the level of cytokines and inhibiting the expression of COX-2 and PGE2.
