摘 要:为了明确除草剂20%甲二·异丙隆OD对小麦田禾本科杂草的防效及其对作物的安全性,采用室内试验和田间试验评价20%甲二·异丙隆OD的杀草活性及对小麦的安全性。结果表明:室内试验中,当浓度为3 600 g a.i./hm^(2)时,20%甲二·异丙隆OD对禾本科杂草看麦娘、菵草和早熟禾的室内鲜重抑制率分别为82.94%、89.22%、94.75%,且对小麦幼苗生长无影响;田间试验中,浓度3 600 g a.i./hm^(2)施药处理30 d后,对小麦田杂草看麦娘、菵草、繁缕的株防效和鲜重防效均大于90%,且对小麦幼苗生长无影响。试验结果表明,20%甲二·异丙隆OD可有效防除小麦田禾本科杂草且对小麦生长无影响,有利于有效解决小麦田草害问题,促进小麦产业节本增效、高质丰产。In order to investigate the herbicidal efficacy and crop safety of mesosulfuron-methyl·isopropyluron 20% OD on Gramineae weeds in wheat fields,indoor and field experiments were conducted.Indoor experimental results showed that at a dose of 3600 g a.i./hm^(2),the fresh weight inhibition rates of Alopecurus aequalis,Beckmannia syzigachne,and Poa annua were 82.94%,89.22% and 94.75%,respectively,and there was no influence on the growth of wheat seedlings.Field plot experiment results showed that 30 days after spraying at a dose of 3600 g a.i./hm^(2),the plant control efficacy and fresh weight control efficacy of Alopecurus aequalis,Beckmannia syzigachne,and Stellaria media were all above 90%,and there was no visible influence on the growth of wheat seedlings.The above results indicate that mesosulfuron-methyl·isopropyluron 20% OD can effectively control Gramineae weeds in wheat fields without affecting the growth of wheat.This is beneficial for effectively solving weed problems in wheat fields,promoting cost reduction,increasing efficiency,and achieving high-quality and abundant wheat production.
