住宅适老化改造近20年国际研究进展——基于WoS文献的知识图谱分析

摘　　要：文章以住宅适老化改造为主题检索WoS核心数据库,整理得到2001—2020年间发表的论文321篇。利用CiteSpace软件进行知识图谱分析,关于住宅适老化改造国际研究的高频共被引文献集中在康复医学作业治疗专业,出现在美国、澳大利亚和瑞典等国家间的合作研究网络,共现的关键词和主题词包括失能、健康、照护、跌倒和作业治疗;近5年研究热点包括独立生活、体验、预防跌倒项目、死亡率和绩效等。纵观20年国际研究,住宅适老化改造的前沿聚焦于有效性实验、定制研究、跌倒预防、作业治疗等四大方向。通过与作业治疗合作,设立预防跌倒的核心目标,以定制研究为实践支撑,并对改造成果展开有效性实验,未来住宅适老化改造在老龄福祉领域将继续发挥主要作用。This article retrieved the WoS core database with elderly-oriented residence renovation as subject,and sorted out 321 papers published from 2001 to 2020.By carrying out knowledge map analysis with CiteSpace,we found that the high-frequency co-cited literature about elderly-oriented residence renovation in international researches on residential aging renovation is centralized in rehabilitative occupational therapy,and appears in the collaborative research network among the U.S.,Australia,Sweden and so on,and co-occurring keywords and subject terms include disability,health,caring,falling over,and occupational therapy;research hotspots in recent 5 years include independent living,experience,fall prevention programs,death rate and performance,etc.Throughout international researches over recent 20 years,the cutting edge elderly-oriented residential renovation focus on four major directions,i.e.effectiveness experiments,customized researches,fall prevention,and occupational therapy.By cooperating with occupational therapy,setting up the core goal of fall prevention,under practical support of customized research,and carrying out effectiveness experiment on the renovation results,the elderly-oriented residence renovation will continue to play a major role in elderly well-being in the future.
