石油石化企业防范应对自然灾害风险的系统性思考

摘　　要：简要介绍了我国自然灾害防治现状,分析了石油石化企业面临的自然灾害风险形势,从建设项目前期环节、建设项目设计环节、建设施工环节、生产运营环节、应急与灾后管理5个方面提出自然灾害防范对策,着力构建长效机制,系统性做好自然灾害风险防范工作。The current situation of natural disaster prevention and control in China was briefly intro-duced,the natural disaster risk situation faced by pe-troleum and petrochemical enterprises was analyzed,natural disaster prevention countermeasures from five aspects:early stage of construction project,construc-tion project design,construction,production and op-eration,emergency and post-disaster management were put forward,and a long-term mechanism to sys-tematically prevent natural disaster risks were focused on building.
