超声心动图新技术评价慢性肾脏病患者左室收缩功能的研究进展

摘　　要：动脉粥样硬化、肾性高血压、心肌病等心血管病变是慢性肾脏病(Chronic kidney disease, CKD)患者常见的并发症和最主要的死亡原因,约有50%的CKD患者死于心血管并发症。因此,早期检测CKD患者的心功能,有利于及早发现心脏病变,采取有效治疗措施,延缓疾病进展,从而改善患者预后。超声心动图因其无创、价廉、重复性好等优点,在CKD患者心脏病变的评估和随访中起到了极其重要的作用。左心相关参数如左室射血分数(Left ventricular ejection fraction, LVEF)、左室整体纵向应变(Left ventricular global longitudinal strain, LVGLS)、左心室质量指数(Left ventricular mass index, LVMI)等可以有效评估CKD患者的左室收缩功能,为临床对症治疗提供重要的指导价值。本文就超声心动图新技术评价慢性肾脏病患者左室收缩功能的研究进展进行综述。Cardiovascular disease such as atherosclerosis,renal hypertension,cardiomyopathy are the common complications and the main causes of death in patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD).About 50%of patients with CKD die from cardiovascular complications.Therefore,early detection of cardiac function changes in patients with CKD is conducive to early detection of cardiac disease,timely and effective measures to delay the progression of the disease,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.Echocardiography plays an extremely important role in the evaluation and follow-up of cardiac diseases in patients with CKD due to its advantages of non-invasive,inexpensive and good repeatability.Left heart related parameters such as left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular global longitudinal strain(LVGLS)and left ventricular mass index(LVMI)can effectively evaluate the changes of left ventricular systolic function in patients with CKD,which has important guiding value for clinical symptomatic treatment.This article reviews the research progress of new echocardiography technology on left ventricular systolic function in patients with CKD.
