摘　　要：离子电池正、负极片湿法涂布作为当前电芯制造领域的主流核心工艺之一,在整个电池生产工艺链条中起着举足轻重的作用,直接影响着电池的性能、质量和生产成本。分析比较了双面涂布机与双层涂布机的工艺路线和装备构成,分析了现有双面涂布机在精度、质量及稳定性方面无法满足批量生产的问题,提出了以真空吸移装置同步对基材施加可控的横向张力和纵向牵引力,限制基材抖动自由度;开发了面密度检测等效算法技术,基于涂层面密度、位置和表面质量对涂布模头的浆料流量和定位等进行在线实时闭环控制,实现在线对第一面涂层、第二面涂层和总体面密度的在线分别检测与涂布控制;通过气垫转向装置提供稳定的气垫支撑和阻尼作用,动态自适应张力波动;采用气浮烘箱及其PID控制技术,对完成双面涂布的基材进行气浮输送和涂层烘干,实现全自动温控与气浮。该双面涂布机动态自适应能力强,实现不同产品、不同工况环境的生产且节约能耗。As one of the mainstream core processes in current cell manufacturing field,wet coating of positive and negative electrode plates of ion batteries plays an important role in the whole battery production process chain,which directly affects the performance,quality and production cost of batteries.This paper analyzed and compared the process route and equipment composition of double-sided coater and double-layer coater,analyzed the problems that the existing double-sided coater could not meet the mass production in terms of accuracy,quality and stability,and proposed that the vacuum suction device could simultaneously apply controllable transverse tension and longitudinal traction to the substrate to limit the freedom of substrate jitter.The surface density detection equivalent algorithm technology was developed.Based on the coating layer density,position and surface quality,the slurry flow and positioning of the coating die head were controlled online in real time,and the first coating,the second coating and the overall surface density were respectively detected and coated online.The air cushion steering device provides stable air cushion support and damping effect,and dynamically adapts to tension fluctuation.The air float oven and its PID control technology are used to transport the double coated substrates and dry the coatings,and the automatic temperature control and air float are realized.The double-sided coater has strong dynamic adaptive ability,which can realize the production of different products and different working conditions and save energy consumption.
