摘  要:耐高温不锈钢具有高温下仍保持较高的强度、表面不易生锈等特性,因此用作热成形领域的模具材料是有一定潜力的。而感应加热作为高效、清洁的加热方式在工业生产、加工领域应用广泛,常用于模具材料的加热。针对铝合金热挤压用310不锈钢模具的感应加热过程进行电磁场-热场的联合仿真,获得了磁场、温度场的分布规律。结果表明:模具的磁通量密度、磁场强度、电流密度等物理量集中分布在模具表层,中心处的强度非常小;模具表层的温度升高较快,在开放的加热环境下,表层温度比中心约高60℃;感应线圈输入、输出端部对模具表层温度分布有一定影响。Stainless steel has the potential to be used as a die material in hot forming process due to the high strength at high temperature and the anti-rust performance.As an efficient and clean heating method,induction heating is widely used in the field of industrial production and processing,and is often used in the heating process of dies.Therefore,by the combination of electromagnetism and thermal field,the induction heating process of 310 stainless steel dies for aluminum alloy with extrusion was co-simulated to obtain the distribution of magnetic field and temperature field.The results show that the magnetic flux density,magnetic field strength and current density of the dies are concentrated in the dies surface,and the intensity at the center is very small.The temperature at the surface of the dies rises faster than the one at center,and the surface temperature is about 60℃ higher than that of the center in an open heating environment.The input and output ends of induction coil have a certain influence on the temperature distribution at the dies surfacee.
