摘 要:针对带材张力生产过程中夹送辊处的带材存在滑移现象,且滑移量以及滑移影响系数无法获取的问题,提出了基于扰动实时估计与主动补偿的卷取机张力控制方法。首先建立考虑带材滑移项的张力方程;然后建立带材滑移项的动态估计器,从而获得带材滑移项估计值;其次根据所获得的带材滑移项估计值,提出了不依赖带材滑移量与带材滑移量影响系数的卷轴线速度设定方法,其中包括了带材滑移项主动补偿部分以及零滑移量情况下的比例反馈部分;最后根据卷轴线速度设定值计算卷轴角速度设定值,并基于卷轴角速度设定值控制卷取机电机运行,最终形成一套卷取机张力控制系统。该方法既不依赖具体滑移量及滑移影响系数,又能实时自主调节,能够显著提高张力控制精度和响应速度。In the strip production process with tension,there is a sliding phenomenon between the strip and the pinch roll.And the sliding amount and sliding influence coefficient cannot be obtained.The recoiler tension control method based on real-time estimation and active compensation of disturbance is proposed.Firstly,the tension equation is established considering the strip sliding item.Then a dynamic estimator is established to obtain the estimated value of the strip sliding item.Secondly,according to the estimated value of the strip sliding item,a coil linear velocity setting method independent of the sliding amount and sliding influence coefficient is proposed,which includes the active compensation part of the strip sliding item and the proportional feedback part in the case of zero strip sliding.Finally,the drum angular velocity setting value is calculated based on coil linear velocity setting value,and the recoiler motor is controlled,and finally a set of recoiler tension control system is formed.This method does not rely on the specific sliding amount and sliding influence coefficient,but also can adjust in real time,which can significantly improve the tension control accuracy and response speed.
