摘　　要：以中国重型机械研究院股份公司为某航空公司设计的220 t横向蒙皮拉伸机为研究对象,采用有限元分析软件对横向蒙皮拉伸机夹钳、活塞以及床身底座关键零部件进行了有限元分析。结果表明横向蒙皮拉伸机应力、变形均满足设计要求,研究工作为该型横向蒙皮拉伸机设计提供了理论依据。The 220 t transverse stretch-forming machine designed by China Heavy Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.for an airline company is taken as the research object.The jaw,piston and bed base of the transverse stretch-forming machine are analyzed by finite element method.The results show that the stress and deformation of the transverse stretch-forming machine meet the design requirements.The research work provides a theoretical basis for the design of this type of transverse stretch-forming machine.
