摘 要:喉栓式固体姿轨控发动机推力精确调控能力直接关系到飞行器姿态和轨道控制精度,几何参数、物性参数和环境参数等不确定性因素会引起发动机实际推力与名义推力的偏差,影响其推力调控精度。为研究不确定性因素在发动机推力调控中产生的影响,结合数值仿真和不确定性分析理论,对喉栓式轨控发动机推力偏差进行不确定性分析。建立轨控发动机单阀推力仿真模型,进而考虑参数不确定性计算推力偏差不确定性响应。根据输入不确定性参数和推力偏差响应样本,构造轨控发动机单阀推力偏差的Kriging模型并评估其精度。在此基础上,采用蒙特卡洛模拟法(MCS)计算单阀推力偏差的概率统计特性,实现固体轨控发动机推力偏差不确定性分析,与直接调用仿真模型的MCS方法相比,大幅减少计算耗时,为工程研究人员提供一种高效可行的发动机推力偏差不确定性分析方法和思路。The precise thrust control ability of the pintle solid divert and attitude control motor(SDACM)is directly related to the divert and attitude control accuracy of the aircraft.However,uncertainties such as geometric,physical and environmental parame⁃ters would cause the deviation of the actual thrust from the nominal thrust of SDACM,which affect the thrust control accuracy.To in⁃vestigate the influence of uncertainties in the thrust control of SDACM,numerical simulation and uncertainty analysis theories were used to perform uncertainty analysis on the thrust deviation of the pintle solid divert motor.The simulation model for the single valve thrust of the pintle solid divert motor was established,and then the uncertainty response of the thrust deviation was calculated with consideration of the parameter uncertainties.The Kriging model for the single⁃valve thrust deviation of the pintle solid divert motor was constructed according to the input uncertainty parameters and thrust deviation response samples,and then the model accuracy was evaluated.On this basis,the probabilistic statistical characteristics of single⁃valve thrust deviation were calculated by means of the Monte Carlo simulation(MCS),which can realize thrust deviation uncertainty analysis of solid divert motor.Compared with the MCS that directly calls the simulation model,the computing time was significantly reduced.It can provide an efficient and feasible method and idea for engineering researchers to perform uncertainty analysis of thrust deviation of the solid divert motor.
