表面处理剂对丁羟推进剂与包覆层粘接性能的影响实验研究

摘  要:为提高丁羟(HTPB)推进剂药柱包覆效率,同时规避整形导致的燃烧风险,提出采用纱布擦拭推进剂后涂覆表面处理剂的方法,通过实验研究该方法对推进剂表面状态及与包覆层粘接性能的影响,并与整形表面处理方法进行比较。结果表明,相比不处理,推进剂表面擦拭或整形均能提高推进剂与包覆层的粘接剥离强度;使用两种表面处理剂(CLJ-1和CLJ-2)涂覆推进剂表面,均能提高HTPB推进剂的表面能;涂覆CLJ-1时,随着处理剂浓度增加,HTPB推进剂与包覆层的粘接剥离强度逐渐提高,当CLJ-1浓度为30%时,粘接剥离强度较不涂覆处理剂时提高74.7%;随着涂覆处理剂后晾置时间延长,HTPB推进剂与包覆层的粘接剥离强度降低,但晾置24 h时仍较未涂覆处理剂时高49.7%;涂覆CLJ-2时,随着处理剂浓度增加,粘接剥离强度略微增加,随着晾置时间延长,粘接剥离强度显著降低。发动机试车结果表明,采用先擦拭后涂覆CLJ-1的药柱表面处理方法,HTPB推进剂与包覆层界面粘接性能、限燃效果满足要求。To improve the coating efficiency of hydroxyl terminated polybutadiene(HTPB)based propellant grain and avoid the combustion risk caused by truing,a method of coating the surface treatment agent after wiping the propellant with gauze was proposed.The effect of this method on the surface condition of HTPB propellant and its adhesion with the inhibitor was investigated by experi⁃ment and this method was compared with the propellant surface truing treatment method.The results show that both surface truing and wiping could improve the bonding peel performance of the HTPB propellant and inhibitor.The surface energy of the HTPB propellant could be improved by coating two kinds of surface treatment agents(CLJ⁃1 and CLJ⁃2);When the concentration of CLJ⁃1 agent is 30%,the bonding peel strength of the propellant and inhibitor could be increased by 74.7%compared with blank group.When the dr⁃ying time is extended to 24 h,the bonding peel strength decreased,but still more than over 49.7%compared with blank group.Unlike CLJ⁃1,the bonding peel strength of the propellant treated with CLJ⁃2 increase slightly when the concentration increase,but decrease significantly when the drying time is extended.The SRM test results show that bonding properties and combustion limiting performance of the inhibitor and HTPB propellant surface treated with CLJ⁃1after wiping by gauze can satisfy the design requirement.
