摘 要:为了研究固体推进剂在拉剪复合加载下的力学性能,设计了基于单轴拉伸试验机的拉剪复合加载夹具和试件。此夹具基于Arcan夹具进行改进,采用模块化设计,可兼容不同拉伸试验机,适用于多种加载角度加载;拉剪试件无需开孔,可直接夹持。根据所设计的夹具和试件,开展了单轴拉伸、纯剪切和拉剪试验研究,并将试验结果与有限元仿真结果进行了对比。研究表明,在不同加载条件下试件的极限载荷存在明显的差别,单轴拉伸试件的极限载荷最大,45°拉剪试件的极限载荷次之,纯剪切试件的极限载荷最小;试件的起裂方向也存在不同,单轴拉伸试件的起裂方向与试件轴线方向垂直,纯剪切试件和拉剪试件的起裂方向分别与试件轴线方向成45°和24.5°。所设计的夹具能有效完成不同加载角下的拉剪试验,试验结果与仿真分析结果吻合良好。In order to investigate the mechanical properties of solid propellant under tension⁃shear combined loading,the tension⁃shear combined loading fixture and specimen for solid propellant were designed based on the uniaxial tensile testing machine.This fix⁃ture improved based on the Arcan fixture adopts a modular design and is compatible with different tensile testing machines,which is suitable for loading at various loading angles.The tensile shear specimen can be directly clamped without opening holes according to the designed fixture and specimen,the uniaxial tensile,pure shear and tensile⁃shear tests were carried out,and the test results were com⁃pared with the finite element simulation results.The results show that there are clear differences in the ultimate loads of specimens un⁃der different loading conditions.The ultimate load of uniaxial tensile specimen is the largest,followed by the ultimate load of 45°ten⁃sion⁃shear specimen,and the ultimate load of pure shear specimen is the smallest.The fracture initiation directions of specimens under different loading conditions are also different.The fracture initiation direction of the uniaxial tensile specimen is perpendicular to the axial direction of the specimen.The fracture initiation directions of pure shear specimen and tension⁃shear specimen are about 45°and 24.5°with the axial direction of specimen,respectively.The fixture designed in this paper can effectively complete the tension⁃shear test at different loading angles,and the experimental results agree well with the simulation results.
