摘  要:石墨烯作为一种新型二维片层碳纳米材料,具有超大比表面积以及优异的疏水、导电、屏蔽、阻隔、自修复和化学惰性,在腐蚀防护领域展现出广阔的应用前景,但分子间的高比表面能和强π-π作用使其难以均匀分散,很大程度上限制了性能的发挥。氧化处理可以扩大石墨烯的层间距,降低团聚倾向,且表面新生的大量功能基团更有利于后续改性。归纳总结了近年来促进氧化石墨烯分散和有序排列的新方法及其在环氧涂层防腐方面取得的新进展,并对现阶段存在的一些问题进行了探讨与展望。Graphene is a novel two-dimensional carbon nanosheet with huge specific surface area,excellent hydrophobicity,conductivity,shielding,barrier,self-repairing and chemical inertia properties,which has great prospects in the application of corrosion protection.However,high specific surface energy and strongπ-πinteraction between graphene layers make it difficult to be uniformly dispersed,which extremely limits the performance of graphene in anti-corrosive coatings.Oxidation treatment can enlarge layer spacing and reduce agglomeration tendency,and numerous surface functional groups produced can be used for further modification.Recent advances in improving dispersion,orderly alignment and corrosion resistance of graphene oxide in epoxy coating are summarized in this review.Meanwhile,potential problems and challenges in the present stage are discussed.
