摘  要:通过高岭石、伊利石型铝土矿与纯矿物浮选试验,研究分析了新型捕收剂CY3与现有反浮选脱硅捕收剂对铝硅酸盐矿物的浮选行为及其作用机理。结果表明,药剂CY3是一种捕收能力较好的铝土矿反浮选脱硅捕收剂,通过铝土矿闭路浮选脱硅试验,可获得铝硅比为4.76的精矿,较原矿提高了1.22,尾矿中SiO_(2)回收率较现有反浮选脱硅药剂1231的高出5.61%;纯矿物浮选试验中,药剂用量为0.15×10^(-2)mol/L时,药剂1231浮选伊利石的回收率为62%,药剂CY3浮选伊利石回收率为94%,较药剂1231的提高32%。红外光谱分析表明,胺类阳离子捕收剂与高岭石、伊利石主要发生物理静电吸附作用。The flotation behavior and interaction mechanism of new collector CY3 and existing reverse flotation desilication collector with aluminosilicate minerals are studied and analyzed,through the flotation test of kaolinite,illite-type bauxite and pure minerals.The results show that CY3 is a reverse flotation desilication collector of bauxite with stronger collecting power,the concentrate with Al/Si ratio of 4.76 can be obtained,which is 1.22 higher than that of raw ore,and the recovery rate of SiO_(2) in tailings is 5.61%higher than that of 1231 in the process of the closed-circuit flotation desilication test of bauxite;In the pure mineral flotation experiment,when the dosage of agent is 0.15×10^(-2)mol/L,the flotation recovery of illite with 1231 is 62%,and that with CY3 is 94%,up by 32%than the former.FTIR spectra analysis indicates that the physical electrostatic adsorption mechanism of amine cationic collectors mainly occurs on kaolinite and illite mineral surfaces.
