摘 要:本文比较分析了传统钢爪压降较高的不足,进而提出了一种新型节能阳极钢爪,并对其压降和受力进行了分析计算,经计算分析,新型节能钢爪压降降低至少15 mV以上。研发出的新型阳极钢爪在某500 kA电解槽上进行了试验和测试,结果表明新型节能阳极钢爪压降比传统阳极钢爪降低24 mV,对应吨铝直流电耗降低77 kWh/t-Al,对铝电解槽的节能降耗及降低碳排放有重要意义。This paper compares and analyzes the shortcomings of the high voltage drop of the traditional steel stub,proposes a new type of energy-saving anode steel stub,analyzes and calculates its voltage drop and stress.After calculation and analysis,the voltage drop of the new type of energy-saving steel stub is reduced by at least 15 mV.The newly-developed anode steel stub has been tested on a 500 kA aluminum reduction pot.The results show that the voltage drop of the new type energy-saving anode steel stub is 24 mV lower than that of the traditional anode steel stub,and the corresponding DC power consumption per ton of aluminum is 77 kWh/t-Al lower,which is of great significance for energy saving,consumption reduction and carbon emission cutback of aluminum reduction pots.
