摘  要:氧化铝焙烧炉ID风机是焙烧工序的关键核心设备,早期设计的风机风量调节通常采用低压变频器进行调速控制,由于低压大功率变频器负载电流大,采用多传动模块化并联结构,变频器结构复杂、发热量大、故障率高,变频器故障易导致焙烧炉生产中断事故,给生产连续稳定性造成威胁。本文提出一种低压大功率变频器双机热备无扰切换技术,解决上述ID风机低压大功率变频器故障易导致停产的难题,从而保证焙烧炉生产的连续性。The ID fan of alumina calciner is the key equipment in the calcination process.The air volume regulation of the fan designed in the early stage is usually controlled by a low-voltage frequency converter.Since the low-voltage high-power frequency converter has a large-load current,it adopts a multi-drive modular parallel structure.The frequency converter has a complex structure,high heat generation and high failure rate.The failure of the frequency converter is likely to cause production interruption of the calciner,thus threatening the continuous stability of production.In this paper,a kind of undisturbed switching technology for dual hot standby of low-voltage high-power frequency converter is proposed,so as to solve the problem that the low-voltage high-power frequency converter of ID fan is prone to stop production due to its failure,thus ensuring the continuous production of calciner.
