摘　　要：为满足新时期经济社会发展和自然资源“两统一”管理对测绘地理信息的新要求,进一步提高测绘地理信息生产供给能力和保障服务水平,武汉市测绘研究院结合行业现状、自身发展实际和国家新型基础测绘体系建设武汉试点经验,打造了标准化、一体化维思3.0智能测绘平台,实现了国家新型基础测绘体系建设武汉试点的深化延续与转化落地,加快了适应高质量发展的新型基础测绘体系建设步伐。本文分析了平台建设的背景、面临的形势、存在的问题等,阐述了平台建设的思路、功能构成、基于平台的数据生产管理应用流程以及平台应用效果,从数据能力建设和智库应用等方面展望了下一步工作重点。In order to meet the new requirements of economic and social development in the new era and the“two unified”management of natural resources for surveying and mapping geographic information,and further improve the production and supply capacity and guarantee service level of surveying and mapping geographic information,Wuhan Geomatics Institute has created a standardized and integrated Weisi 3.0 intelligent surveying and mapping platform based on the industry's current situation,its own development reality,and the pilot experience of building a new national basic surveying and mapping system in Wuhan,We have achieved the deepening and transformation of the Wuhan pilot project for the construction of a new national basic surveying and mapping system,and accelerated the pace of building a new basic surveying and mapping system that adapts to high-quality development.This article first analyzes the background,situation,and existing problems of platform construction.Then,it elaborates on the ideas,functional composition,platform based data production management application process,and platform application effects of platform construction.Finally,it looks forward to the next focus of work from the aspects of data capability construction and think tank application.
