摘　　要：基于城市部件种类繁杂,数量庞大,信息化程度较低,统筹管控难度大的问题,结合规划、建设和管理各阶段实际需求,通过构建城市部件时态模型数据库,对城市部件规划、现状和历史时态模型数据流转路径开展分析研究,实现城市更新中城市部件更新管理的长效机制。Based on the problems of complex urban components,large quantity,low informatization degree and difficulty in overall control,and combined with the actual needs of planning,construction and management stages,the temporal model database of urban components was constructed to analyze and study the urban component planning,current situation and historical temporal model data flow path,so as to realize the long-term mechanism of urban component renewal management in urban renewal.
