摘 要:随着社会的发展,城市中涌现出大量的老、旧、危小区需重建改造。这类项目土地资源有限、周边环境复杂、对基坑位移变形控制要求严格,导致基坑工程开挖深、支护难度大、风险较高,并出现了多起基坑支护失稳事故,造成了严重的财产损失。为了更好地解决城市老、旧、危小区深基坑支护设计出现的问题,本文依托柳州市某旧城改造深基坑支护设计项目,探讨科学合理的选择安全可靠、经济合理的支护方案,为后续基坑支护设计提供一定的借鉴经验。With the development of society,a large number of old and dangerous residential areas have emerged in the city which need to be rebuilt.Such projects have limited land resources,complex surrounding environment and strict requirements on displacement and deformation control,leading to deep excavation of foundation pit engineering,difficult support,high risk,and many foundation pit support instability accidents,resulting in serious property losses.In order to better solve the problems of deep foundation pit support design in the old urban district,this paper relies on the deep foundation pit support design project of an old city reconstruction in Liuzhou City,discusses the scientific and reasonable selection of safe,reliable,economic and reasonable support scheme,and provides certain reference experience for the subsequent foundation pit support design.
