摘　　要：学术期刊应该发挥独特的社会引领作用。在新时代,我们尤其要高度关注学术期刊的社会引领作用。具体来说,这包括关注学术期刊的政治引领、法治引领、风气引领、伦理引领、责任引领等。学术期刊诸多社会引领作用要得到充分发挥,需要做出许多努力,因为各种引领作用发挥的路径各不相同。其中,伦理标准的确立和执行尤为重要。《高等学校文科学术文摘》在具体的办刊过程中曾经做过一些努力,其中所积累的经验可作为个案研究的实例。Academic journals should play a unique social leading role.We need to pay high attention to the social leading role of academic journals.Specifically,this includes paying attention to the political leading role,rule of law leading role,culture leading role,ethical leading role,and accountability leading role of academic journals.To fully leverage the social leading roles of academic journals,many efforts need to be made,and the paths through which different leading roles can be played in different ways.Among them,the establishment and implementation of ethical standards are particularly important.The journal Chinese University Academic Abstracts(CUAA)has made some efforts in the specific process of publishing,and the accumulated experience can serve as examples for case studies.
