“三个务必”对马克思主义政党建设理论的继承与发展——以《共产党宣言》及其序言为中心的考察

摘　　要：“三个务必”作为党的二十大报告的重要论断,其生成深刻体现了马克思主义的政党建设理论,尤其继承与发展了《共产党宣言》及其序言的重要思想。“务必不忘初心、牢记使命”作为党的建设之价值立场,继承与发展了《共产党宣言》中政党建设“我是谁”“为了谁”“为了什么”的价值真谛;“务必谦虚谨慎、艰苦奋斗”作为党的建设之作风要求,是《共产党宣言》所强调的马克思主义理论品格和共产主义事业特征的应有之义和时代回答;“务必敢于斗争、善于斗争”作为党的建设之实践路径,是《共产党宣言》中马克思主义政党斗争观的时代表达,进一步显示并确立了在党的建设中“斗争”的重要作用和实践路径。As an important assertion in the report of the 20th Party Congress,the“three musts”are a profound reflection of the Marxist theory of party building,especially the inheritance and development of the important ideas of the Communist Manifesto and its preamble.As the value position of party building“,we must not forget our original intention and remember our mission”inherits and develops the values of“who am I”and“for whom”in the Manifesto for party building.The value of“for what”is the true meaning of the Manifesto;“must be modest,prudent and hardworking”as the style requirement of the Party's construction is the due meaning and contemporary answer to the Marxist theoretical character and the characteristics of the communist cause emphasized in the Manifesto;As the practical path of party building“,must dare to struggle and be good at struggle”is the contemporary expression of the Marxist concept of struggle in the Manifesto,which further shows and establishes the important role and practical path of“struggle”in party building.
