摘　　要：全面介绍了油气田生产辅助物资限额限量标准的编制情况,包括标准定义及组成、编制概况、编制原则、编制方法与步骤、编制成果分析及日后运行需解决的问题,为促进从机关部门到基层单位形成动态化管理,提出信息化动态管理方法。生产辅助物资限额限量的编制从总、分、总三个阶段入手,分不同层次展开编制,形成量价分离模式,盯准人、材、价三要素,总体把控,较好地挖掘企业降本潜力;精细化管理,提高工器具平均价格水平,以保证质量为前提,有效保障了生产效率的提高,是促进企业增效的重要举措。This paper comprehensively introduces the preparation of quota and limit standards of auxiliary materials for oilfield production,including the definition and composition of the standards,preparation overview,preparation principles,preparation methods and steps,analysis of preparation results,and problems to be solved in future operation.To promote the formation of dynamic management from oilfield departments to grassroots units,a method of information dynamic management is proposed.The establishment of quota and limit for the production of production auxiliary materials starts from three stages:“general-divide-general”and is carried out at different levels.A model of separation of quantity and price is formed,focusing on the three elements of personnel,materials,and price,and overall control is implemented to better exploit the potential of enterprise cost reduction.Refined management,improving the average price level of tools and instruments and taking quality assurance as prerequisite,effectively ensures the improvement of production efficiency and is an important measure to enhance enterprise efficiency.
