摘  要:本文就当前海外华文教育的可持续发展问题对华文学校管理者展开深度访谈,结果表明,当前华校仍然面临政策环境、“三教”、教学硬件和管理梯队建设等多方面问题,华校的自我提升和开拓创新是其持续发展的根本。针对当前形势和调研结果,本文提出了进一步厘清华文教育中不同参与主体的定位,鼓励华文学校探索市场化和本土化,重视华语的基础理论研究,重视研究成果的转换应用,多方联动、统筹规划等可持续发展建议。This paper conducts in-depth interviews with the managers of overseas Chinese schools on the sustainable development issues of overseas Chinese education.The result shows that overseas Chinese schools still face many problems such as local policy obstacles,teaching hardware and management team construction etc.Although the development of Chinese schools has been supported in many ways,the self-improvement and innovation of Chinese schools are the foundation of their sustainable development.According to the current situation and research results,this paper puts forward some sustainable development suggestions,such as further clarifying the positioning of different participants in overseas Chinese education,encouraging Chinese schools to explore market-oriented development and localization,paying attention to the basic theoretical research of overseas Chinese,valuing the transformation and application of research results,cooperating multi-laterally and overall planning.
