摘  要:为有效解决宁夏地区放射性环境调查、铀矿地质找矿等数据分散、标准不统一、数字化滞后、管理覆盖不足、使用率低、成果转化难、综合应用服务能力低等问题,文中基于国产化新一代全空间智能GIS平台MapGIS 10.6提供的组件式开发技术,采用B/S和C/S混合架构设计方式,结合数据库、三维建模和二三维可视化等技术,采用C#作为开发语言,设计开发了放射性数据管理系统,实现了多源异构放射性数据和资料的统一管理、无缝融合、三维建模分析、快速成图、二三维可视化、综合评价分析和共享服务等功能,并对外提供放射性数据一张图和地质信息的发布服务,进一步促进放射性数据管理体系智能化、标准化建设,从而为政府制定资源战略规划和放射性生态环境评价等提供科学技术手段、放射性信息化数据支撑和辅助决策依据。This research aims to effectively solve the problems such as data dispersion,inconsistent standards,digitalization lag,insufficient management coverage,low utilization rate,difficult transformation of achievements and low comprehensive application and service capability in radioactive environment survey and uranium geological prospecting in Ningxia.It is based on the component development technology provided by MapGIS 10.6,a new generation of domestic full⁃space intelligent GIS(geographic information system)platform.By adopting B/S and C/S hybrid architecture design,combining with technologies of database,3D modeling and 2D&3D visualization,and taking C#as the development language,the radioactive data management system is designed and developed to realize the unified management,seamless fusion,3D modeling and analysis,rapid mapping,2D&3D visualization,comprehensive evaluation and analysis and sharing services of multi⁃source heterogeneous radioactive data and information and provide a map of radioactive data and release services of geological information,and further promote the intelligent and standardized construction of radioactive data management system.Thus,it can provide scientific and technological means,radioactive information data support and auxiliary decision⁃making basis for the government to make resource strategic planning and radioactive ecological environment assessment.
