摘 要:国土与领海安全以及水面和海洋经济的发展,对水面导航与监视雷达提出了新的需求。梳理了水面导航与监视雷达的应用功能需求变化,综述了近十年来国内外的最新产品与技术发展状况,分析了该类雷达相关技术的一些发展方向,指出综合集成多种雷达体制、多频段、多极化与多功能将是新产品的常态,基于特征的目标检测与弱小目标检测前跟踪是学术研究的主要方向,经典的目标检测与跟踪算法仍然在工程应用上持续完善。Together with the development of water surface and marine economy,the security of homeland and territorial sea puts forward new requirements for water surface navigation and surveillance radar.The changes of application function requirements for surface navigation and surveillance radar are sorted out,the development of the latest products and technologies at home and abroad during the past ten years are summarized,and some development directions of related technologies about this kind of radar are analyzed.It is pointed out that integration of multiple radar systems,multi-band,multi-polarization and multi-function will be the normal state for new products.Feature-based target detection and pre-detection tracking of weak and small targets are the main directions of academic research,while classic algorithms of target detection and tracking are being improved continually in engineering applications.
