摘  要:利用细胞转染技术构建了水通道蛋白4的表达质粒,并制备成细胞爬片,之后采用间接免疫荧光技术,检测血清及脑脊液样本中抗AQP4抗体的水平。通过对2241例临床样本的检测,本检测方案表现出较高的灵敏度,检测阳性率16.8%,阳性比例符合流行病学资料,且阳性样本的临床符合度较高。以实验数据为基础,讨论了水通道蛋白4抗体在视神经脊髓炎患者临床检测中的重要应用价值。In this study,the expression plasmid of aquaporin-4 is constructed by cell transfection technology,and the cell slides are prepared.Then the level of anti-AQP4 antibody in serum and cerebrospinal fluid samples is detected by indirect immunofluorescence technique.Through the detection of 2241 clinical samples,the detection protocol shows high sensitivity,the positive rate of detection is 16.8%,the positive proportion is in line with epidemiological data,and the positive samples have a high clinical compliance.Based on the experimental data,the important application value of aquaporin-4 antibody in the clinical detection of patients with optic neuromyelitis is discussed.
