摘 要:掺硼金刚石膜电极在电化学方面具有很大的优势,常被应用于有机废水的处理领域。本文用掺硼金刚石膜电极作为阳极来电解处理酸性红染料水溶液,观察溶液颜色变化并测试溶液COD值,确认了掺硼金刚石膜电极电解处理有机物废水方案具有可行性。提高电极电流密度、降低电解液流速都能够显著提高电极的COD处理能力,增加COD去除率,降低COD处理能耗。对于低浓度的染料溶液(初始COD值400 mg/L左右),选取电解液流速400 m L/min,电极电流密度60 m A/cm^(2),掺硼金刚石膜电极可以在3~4 h内将染料溶液电解至无色,COD去除率能够达到90%以上。Boron-doped diamond electrode has great advantages in electrochemistry and is often used in the field of organic wastewater treatment.In this paper,boron-doped diamond film electrode is used as anode to treat acid red dye aqueous solution by electrolysis.The color change of the solution and the COD value are observed to confirm the feasibility of using boron-doped diamond film electrodes for the electrolytic treatment of organic wastewater.Increasing the electrode current density and reducing the electrolyte flow rate can significantly improve the COD treatment capacity of the electrode,increase the COD removal rate and reduce the COD treatment energy consumption.The initial COD value of the low concentration dye solution is about 400 mg/L,the electrolyte flow rate is 400 mL/min and the electrode current density is 60 mA/cm^(2).The boron-doped diamond film electrode can degrade the dye solution to colorless within 3 hours to 4 hours,and the COD removal rate can reach more than 90%.
