摘 要:十字开槽正拱型爆破片具有动作响应及时、抗疲劳性能良好等优点,其结构参数是爆破性能的重要影响因素,在选定材料、直径及释放口径的情况下,拱高及十字减弱槽的相关参数对爆破压力的影响值得研究。建立十字开槽正拱型爆破片的有限元模型,并通过动态试验验证了仿真模型的可靠性;选择合适的正交试验表格,取拱高、槽宽、槽深3个参数的5个水平进行仿真分析;通过方差分析法确定各参数对爆破压力影响的敏感性,对爆破压力的影响力大小排序依次是槽深>拱高>槽宽,分析槽深与厚度的比值及拱面曲率半径与爆破压力之间的关系,并拟合为适用于文中研究范围内十字开槽正拱型爆破片的爆破压力计算公式,该公式可用于同类爆破片的爆破压力计算。Domed cross-scored rupture discs have the advantages of timely action response and good fatigue resistance.Its structural parameters are an important factor affecting the blasting performance.With the material,diameter and release diameter already determined,the dome height and parameters related to the weakening score have a great influence on the bursting pressure and are worthy of further research and exploration.The finite element model of the cross-slotted positive arched rupture disc was established,and the reliability of the simulation model was verified by dynamic tests;an appropriate orthogonal test table was selected,and five levels of the three parameters of dome height,score width and score depth were selected.The sensitivity of each parameter to the blasting pressure was determined by the variance analysis method.The order of the influence on the blasting pressure is score depth>dome height>score width.The relationship between the ratio of score depth to thickness and the radius of curvature of the arch surface and the burst pressure was analyzed,and it was fitted to the burst pressure calculation formula suitable for the domed cross-scored rupture discs within the scope of this study.
