摘  要:为了分析现场混装乳化炸药乳化温度影响因素和水相析晶机理,采用低共熔物、表面活性剂、极性添加剂与硝酸铵水溶液协同添加的方法,研制了一种析晶点达55℃的水相配方,继而开发了现场混装乳化炸药低温制备工艺。结果表明:水相各组分在80~90℃水浴下共存,未出现温度突变现象;在水相温度60℃、油相温度50℃下能快速成乳;同等条件下黏度值较常规基质大2000 cp左右,水溶-电导率值较小;敏化30 min,装药密度1.18 g/cm^(3),爆速达到4700 m/s以上;该工艺技术在物料热稳定性、相容性,水油相低温乳化效率,基质储存稳定性、抗水性以及装药爆轰性方面均表现良好。In order to analyze the factors affecting the emulsification temperature of on-site mixed emulsion explosives and the mechanism of water phase crystallization,a water phase formula with a crystallization point of 55℃ was developed by using the synergistic addition of low eutectic substances,surfactants,polar additives,and ammonium nitrate aqueous solution.Subsequently,a low-temperature preparation process for on-site mixed emulsion explosives was developed.The results showed that the components of the aqueous phase coexisted in a water bath at 80~90℃,and there was no temperature mutation phenomenon;It can quickly form milk at a water phase temperature of 60℃ and an oil phase temperature of 50℃;Under the same conditions,the viscosity value is about 2000 cp higher than that of conventional matrices,and the water solubility conductivity value is smaller;Sensitize for 30 minutes,charge density 1.18 g/cm^(3),and detonation velocity above 4700 m/s;This process technology performs well in terms of material thermal stability,compatibility,water oil phase low-temperature emulsification efficiency,matrix storage stability,water resistance,and charge detonation resistance.
