摘　　要：目的探讨粪菌移植对糖尿病合并胃肠功能紊乱患者的治疗效果。方法选择2022年1月-11月糖尿病合并胃肠功能紊乱患者70例作为治疗对象,随机分为常规组和实验组,每组35例。常规组给予规范饮食和口服肠道菌片治疗。实验组行粪菌移植治疗。治疗后,从患者消化道激素检测结果、血清炎性因子和治疗效果等方面比较治疗效果。结果实验组患者胃动素指标高于常规组,胃泌素指标低于常规组;白细胞介素-6和白细胞介素-8检测结果低于常规组;治疗总有效率高于常规组。以上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论粪菌移植疗法能有效提高糖尿病合并胃肠功能紊乱患者的治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of fecal bacteria transplantation on diabetes patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods From January to November 2022,70 patients with diabetes combined with gastrointestinal dysfunction were selected as the treatment objects,and were randomly divided into the conventional group and the experimental group,with 35 patients in each group.The routine group was treated with standard diet and oral intestinal bacteria tablets.The experimental group was treated with fecal bacteria transplantation.After treatment,the therapeutic effects were compared from the detection results of digestive tract hormones,serum inflammatory factors and therapeutic effects.Results The motilin index of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group,and the gastrin index was lower than that of the conventional group;The detection results of IL-6 and IL-8 were lower than those of the conventional group;The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the conventional group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fecal bacteria transplantation can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of diabetes patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction.
