摘  要:设计了挖树机的负载敏感系统,依据挖树机液压回路的工作特性,完成液压元件的选型设计。并建立了挖树机负载敏感系统的AMESim模型,对挖树机的三种工况进行仿真分析,得到挖树机负载压力与泵出口压力的动态曲线图,经过分析得出挖树机负载敏感系统具有负载自适应的能力。In this paper,the load-sensitive system of the tree digger is designed,and the selection and design of the hydraulic components are completed according to the working characteristics of the hydraulic circuit of the tree digger.The AMESim model of the load-sensitive system of the tree digger is established,the three working conditions of the tree digger are simulated and analyzed,and the dynamic curves of the load pressure of the tree digger and the outlet pressure of the pump are obtained.The load-sensitive system of the tree digger is proved to be able toself-adapt to the load.
