摘  要:在RFID标签印刷写卡一体机硬件基础上,设计了控制系统和控制软件,能够控制一体机全自动运行。利用Arduino控制板、打印主板、运动控制卡设计了控制系统,通过串口与上位机相连,基于Microsoft Visual Studio软件开发了控制软件。利用串口通讯技术,实现上位机与控制系统的通信;设计了各模块运行界面,实现了上料机构、机械臂、打印机、读写器的独立控制;设计了自动运行界面,实现了RFID标签上料、印刷、写卡、校验、下料等过程的自动化运行。最终制造样机并进行测试,结果表明,该控制系统及软件能够满足一体机功能要求,并有利于生产效率的提高。Based on the hardware of the RFID tag color-printing card-writing machine,the control system and control software are designed to realize the full-automatic operation of the machine.The Arduino board,motherboard and motion control card are used to form the lower computer control system,which is connected to the upper computer through serial port.The software is built based on Microsoft Visual Studio software development platform.The serial port connection technology is used to realize the communication between the upper computer and the control system.The operation interface of each module is designed to realize the separate control of the feeding mechanism,the mechanical arm,the printer and the reader.The automatic operation interface is designed to realize the RFID tag loading and unloading,the printing,the card writing,and the checking processes.The prototype is manufactured and tested.The test results show that the control system and software can meet the functional requirements of the machine,and is conducive to the improvement of production efficiency.
