LEEP联合阴道镜对宫颈病变患者的临床治疗效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨LEEP联合阴道镜对宫颈病变患者的临床治疗效果。方法 本研究选取了枣庄市妇幼保健院收治的84例宫颈病变患者作为研究对象,采用随机颜色球抽取法对其进行分组,对照组和研究组各42例。在宫颈病变的治疗中,对照组采用微波治疗,研究组采用LEEP联合阴道镜治疗。治疗效果的判定标准是患者病灶完全切除,创面消失,宫颈情况良好以及临床症状消失。手术指标包括手术时间、术中出血量。生活质量采用简明健康状况量表(SF-36)评估。对患者进行为期6个月的随访,记录病情复发情况。结果 研究组总有效率为95.24%(40/42),明显高于对照组[80.95%(34/42)](P <0.05)。研究组手术时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组社会功能、精神健康以及身体健康评分均高于对照组(P <0.05)。研究组复发率为2.44%(1/42),明显低于对照组[14.63%(6/42)](P <0.05)。结论 相比微波治疗,LEEP联合阴道镜治疗在宫颈病变的治疗方面具有更好的效果,具有安全性高、手术时间短、术中出血量少、患者术后恢复快等优点,有助于改善生活质量,降低远期复发率。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of LEEP combined with colposcopy on patients with cervical lesions.Methods This study selected 84 patients with cervical lesions from the Zaozhuang Maternal and Child Health Hospital as the research subjects,including 42 cases in the reference group and 42 cases in the study group,and used random color ball extraction method to group them.In the treatment of cervical lesions,microwave therapy is used as a reference group.The research group used LEEP combined with colposcopy treatment,and the criteria for determining the treatment effect were complete removal of the patient's lesion,disappearance of the wound,good cervical condition,and disappearance of clinical symptoms.Surgical indicators include surgical time and intraoperative bleeding volume.The quality of life was evaluated using the 36-item Short-form Health Survey(SF-36),and patients were followed up for six months to record the recurrence of the condition.Results The total effective rate of 95.24% in the study group was higher than 80.95% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The social function,mental health,and physical health scores of the research group were higher than those of the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of 2.44%in the study group was lower than 14.63% in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with microwave therapy,LEEP combined with colposcopy has better results in the treatment of cervical lesions,with high safety,short operation time,less intraoperative bleeding,and rapid recovery of patients,which helps to improve the quality of life and reduce the long-term recurrence rate.
