电刺激联合生物反馈在产后盆底康复治疗中的应用效果观察

摘  要:目的 探讨电刺激联合生物反馈在产后盆底康复治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2022年4月至2023年4月医院接收的产后盆底肌力康复产妇98例作为研究对象,按照治疗方法分为两组,各49例,对照组采取常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上给予电刺激联合生物反馈治疗,评价两组盆底肌力、盆底肌疲劳度、尿失禁程度、盆腔脱垂程度及性生活质量,观察两组并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,观察组产妇的盆底肌力以5级为主(59.18%),显著高于对照组(28.57%)(P <0.05)。2级肌力、3级肌力、4级肌力下盆底肌疲劳度比较,观察组Ⅰ类肌纤维与Ⅱ类肌纤维的数值显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗后,观察组ICI-Q-SF、POP-Q评分显著低于对照组,FSFI评分显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为6.12%,显著低于对照组的22.45%(P <0.05)。结论 在产后盆底康复治疗中给予电刺激联合生物反馈治疗可进一步增强盆底肌力,减轻盆底肌疲劳度,预防和减轻尿失禁及盆腔脱垂,改善性生活质量,尤其防范产后并发症,治疗效果好。Objective To investigate the effect of electrical stimulation combined with Biofeedback in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods From April 2022 to April 2023,98 puerperal women with postpartum pelvic floor muscle strength recovery received by the hospital were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods with 49 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training.On this basis,the observation group was treated with electrical stimulation combined with Biofeedback.The pelvic floor muscle strength,pelvic floor muscle fatigue,Urinary incontinence degree,pelvic prolapse degree and sexual life quality of the two groups were evaluated,and the occurrence of complications of the two groups was observed.Results After treatment,the pelvic floor muscle strength of the observation group was mainly 59.18% at level 5,significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the fatigue of pelvic floor muscles at levels 2,3,and 4,the values of Class I and Class Ⅱ muscle fibers in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ICI-Q-SF and POP-Q scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,while the FSFI scores were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.12%,significantly lower than 22.45% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electrical stimulation and Biofeedback in postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment can further enhance pelvic floor muscle strength,reduce pelvic floor muscle fatigue,prevent and reduce Urinary incontinence and pelvic prolapse,improve the quality of sexual life,especially prevent postpartum complications.The treatment effect is good.
